Registration Information
The information we
collect when you register in the mall to
participate in the ibuyBW shopper's club, is stored
in your customer profile. Confirmation e-mails are
sent out when you register, and when you change
your profile to let you know your information was
received. IbuyNW never gives your customer profile
information to anyone else without your express
consent and approval, except as stated in this
policy area or in order to allow ibuyNW merchants
or agents to perform requested services on your
behalf. In those circumstances, those merchants and
agents are permitted to use your information solely
to perform requested services required by iBUYNW
and you.
When you register
with ibuyNW, you are asked to provide basic contact
information. Registrants must assign a unique login
name and password, which can be used to enter the
site, obtain special information and place an
order. Registration entitles you to participate in
the ibuyNW shopper club. As a member you will
receive notices about special discounts and offers,
coupons, premium services, and product and shopping
tips. Registration signals your agreement to be
notified of these specials if and when they
occur.

Changing
Registration Information
If you register
with ibuyNW you will be able to change your
customer profile information by going to the
customer registration area and choosing edit
profile. To take your name off of the ibuyNW
customer registry, simply send an e-mail to
customerservice@ibuynw.com
and we'll remove your name within 48 hours. You
will not receive any additional information from
ibuyNW unless you re-register with the mall.

Surveys
iBuyNW
will sometimes have special surveys asking for
information. Participation in any survey is always
optional. You are never required to complete a
survey for an reason whatsoever. We might also
provide opportunities at times for you to give us
additional information about yourself, your family,
hobbies, preferences, interests in order to provide
a more personalized shopping experience. We will
use such information to customize your shopping
experience and for no other purpose. You are never
required to provide such information in order to
shop at iBuyNW. Choosing to do so will always be
entirely your choice. Taking part in any survey or
additional information request beyond the minimum
registration information you provide will always be
optional.

& Promotions
E-mails announcing
special offers are only sent to registered mall
shoppers. Registered mall shoppers have the option
to mark the box that says "please do not send
promotional information" when they register at the
mall". We know that your time is valuable and we
try to keep all announcements and promotional offer
e-mails to a minimum. IbuyNW tries to provide only
valuable information that will help you save money,
make educated shopping decisions, or be aware of
new mall features and major mall
announcements.
