Who is ibuyNW? IbuyNW is an internet shopping mall similar to a physical shopping mall. We are a Northwest focused mall, therefore our mall merchants are generally located or sell products that are from the Northwest region of the U.S. Some of our merchants may have physical retail locations in the NW in addition to their internet store at ibuyNW. Other merchants may only be an internet focused business and have one or more locations on the web where they sell products in addition to their store at ibuyNW. What we do? IbuyNW makes it easy and inexpensive for retailers to do business on the internet. We can help retailers in the following situations build incremental sales. Retailers without an internet retail business: We help retailers that do not have an internet retail business start one, by developing a fully functional, e-commerce transaction capable store that is part of the ibuyNW mall. The best part is that it is easy to set-up and inexpensive to start. Retailers with a non-transaction capable web-site: IbuyNW helps retailers go from an advertising billboard web-site to a fully e-commerce transaction capable internet retail store. Much of the graphics and product information from your existing web-site can be easily downloaded into your store in the ibuyNW mall. Retailers with an existing internet retail business: For retailers that already have internet stores, ibuyNW is a great place to set up an additional internet store location to help you continue to grow your over-all business and increase the exposure for your store and products in the Northwest. This situation is similar to having several physical retail stores in several shopping malls with each store being independent of the other. Why become an ibuyNW merchant? The ibuyNW advantage! We have a very targeted market. Unlike many internet malls, that have no real focus, either in product, geography, or consumer group, our focus is to feature Northwest specialty retailers. It is easy for consumers to get lost in the maze of shopping available on the internet, but ibuyNW makes it easy by having a strong geographic focus. It is very inexpensive to become a merchant with ibuyNW. Our pricing structure is set up so that we only make money when you do, therefore, we have a strong interest in seeing your business grow and become successful. We offer a fully functional e-commerce capable store front with many of the same benefits that being in a physical mall would offer and more ie.. mall advertising via radio, print & internet in key Northwest markets, mall shopper clubs, gift certificates, gift registry, special product promotional area, easy to find store directories, on-line coupons, participation in mall events ie.. Open Houses and event sponsorships, and participation in consumer shopping tips area. Because our structure is similar to a physical mall, each retailer manages their own internet store and has the ability to change product, prices, and promotions offered in their internet store themselves. We train and provide customer support when you need it, that includes a 24 hour online help. IbuyNW realizes that many retailers have never had an internet retail business before, therefore things such as packaging materials to ship product, delivery systems for same day delivery, product photos, logo development, etc.. may not be resources that retailers have. IbuyNW has developed partnerships with companies to help make these resources available and affordable to help you with your retail internet business. IbuyNW has many advertising, marketing, and web-management programs that are free for mall merchants. We also have online marketing tips, merchant newsletters, and personal sales consulting that help you grow your business online. Getting an online merchant account with a banking facility can be difficult and costly for some retailers and especially internet only retailers. Many internet malls do not provide these for their customers, ibuyNW does.
